  1. For question 34, platelets are produced from the fragmentation of megakaryocytes in the bone marrow.
And answer “C” is a distraction, as platelets are 150,000 to 450,000 per microliter (µL) of blood.

  2. Great review! Also a great example of why you should ALWAYS be muted unless you are actively speaking when on an audio/video call. Someone needs to see a ENT Doctor

  3. Being someone from the UK looking at these questions really interest me, however I am definitely a firm believer that UK paramedicne is the best In the world

  4. One subsection of EMS I don’t know if you’ve considered is those of us that took a break from 911 response. I took some time off and built skills in other areas at different workplaces, but now I’m back on the box and honestly feel better about it than I ever have.

But you can’t stumble into capability. I have been consuming your content as my personal reviews. No test to take. No class to pass. Just a medic of 11 years, resharpening, refocusing and loving every minute of renewed confidence and competence.

Thank you man. Truly appreciate what you’re doing. It’s absolutely helped me help people better, and what a blessing it is to be able to do that.
